Martini Royale casting

MARTINI has launched a global campaign to find a female ambassador with Christian Louboutin as international judge.  Martini is searching 25 countries from Brazil to Spain, South Africa to Italy  to find a woman who demonstrates Martini’s ‘Luck is an Attitude’ philosophy with style.

The winner will follow in the footsteps of Charlize Theron and Monica Bellucci, receive £120,000, 12 pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes and a year’s worth of designer outfits.  Not bad.  One of my favourite stylists, Louise Roe, is also helping with the search.  The winning entrant will be announced in October.

Delicious barista quality decaff at home

Kenco Millicano Caff Free has the same clever combination of instant coffee and finely ground beans as the standard version but without the caffeine.  So, while it retains the same rich and full-bodied flavour that coffee aficionados love, it means coffee drinkers can now enjoy a deliciously premium cup of barista quality coffee at home any time of day.

Designer style jewellery without the price tag

Zara has done it again.  V excited as the super stylish high street mecca has just launched a jewellery line.  The collection includes necklaces which look lavish but cost no more than £30, and funky neon bracelets similar to those spotted on Jessica Biel during her recent film tour to promote Total Recall. I love this zinc and enamel pyramid necklace, yours for just £19.99.

Available from Zara stores or online from £9.99.

Non-stop dining

Vingt-Quatre on the Fulham Road is the first upmarket 24 hour eatery and even better, it has a 24 hour licence.  With its relaxed atmosphere and delicious comfort food, it is no surprise that it counts the Chelsea sleb-set like Daniel Radcliffe as fans.  Whether you need a classic breakfast-time hangover cure, a relaxed girlie brunch or a post-night out munch, VQ is perfect.  Try the eggs benedict, squid salad or bangers and mash.  But my favourite part is when the bill comes.  They bring you a shot glass of smarties.

Vingt-Quatre, 325 Fulham Road, London SW10 9QL.

Urban Outfitters and Daisy Knights rock

Everything is made by hand and includes statement necklaces and cuffs, decorated with Daisy Knights’ iconic skull motif, a Tote bag and a leather fringe necklace, using recycled leather from the off-cuts of her bags and a statement stud stack ring.

Prices range from £18 to £195 and will be available online and through Urban Outfitters stores from September 2012.

The world’s most fashionable comic

To celebrate the launch of his A/W 2012 collection – inspired by the spirit and dark heroines of comic books such as Sin City and V for Vendetta – 3.1 Phillip Lim is releasing an original comic book drawn by Jan Duursema of Star Wars comic fame.

‘Kill The Night’ officially launches on September 6 during Fashions Night Out in New York.   Check the designer’s Facebook and Twitter for exclusive content and pictures.
